Though you most likely would not consider fruit and vegetables as qualifying as a natural medicine, that is exactly what they are, but they have an additional advantage of also being a culinary delight.

One of the best antioxidant foods around are wild American blueberries. If you know of any place you can get some, or even better, where to pick your own, don't hesitate in staking your claim! Don't worry too much if blueberries are unobtainable because the majority of other fruit and vegetables have substantial antioxidant content. By this time you will know that a range of 5 - 9 servings of fruit and vegetables every day is what you should aim to include in your diet.
