Conquer Compulsion By Erasing the Past and Being Inspired
Stop living in the past. We all have our mistakes to deal with. We cannot erase it but we can forget it and resolve to move on. Save yourself from the downward cycle of the past and empower your life abundantly. Do not rationalize the past by blaming others. Admit your errors but do not be consumed by them. Give everything to God. Grant Him to work in you, resting in the thought that He will thoroughly wipe the past. Let go. Be happy. Be unaffected. Never permit the past to shake your future. Being Inspired. Remember that your thoughts determine your emotions. Direct your thoughts and refine them into positive tools to become an overcomer. Stop criticizing yourself, instead find an opportunity to reaffirm yourself that your judgment is right. Do not blame or make excuses for your attitude, but instead be steadfast on the change you need comes from the deepest part of your soul. Be responsible, approve and just love yourself. Savor your accomplishments. Do not return to the vicious cycle of worrying during mealtime. This is disrespect to the Lord. If you have problems you must have to deal with, jot it down on paper and take time off it for awhile. Do not ever attempt to tackle problems before eating. Once you have decided, stop the worrying and do something positive. If things remain as they are, submit everything to God. The Lord sees everything. He knows your heart, your desires and longings. The Lord knows our capabilities. Always ask for wisdom for you to be able to accept your situation. Perceive the future from a new mind set. You are a renewed person. Your mind is no longer stuffed with the negative thoughts, instead, it is replaced with fresh and new positive thoughts that you are a changed creation. Rewrite your list of goals and priorities. Make a list of inspiring statements to boost and invigorate you. Joy and serenity will no longer be easily snatched away from you because your heart has it. It is your decision to be serene and joyful. Compulsive eating and compulsive behaviors require a process of healing that can not be hurried. It is comparable to a house blown in a storm, reestablishing our life takes one block at a time. The materials you had to set your life needs restoration. You need to unite your neurological passageways. Don't turn disheartened, be thankful for any progress you have.
